We are a rapidly growing construction company in Decatur, IL with office in Reserve Louisiana. We have 50 + Construction Employees working through this office in Reserve and are accepting applications for qualified Office Personnel to add to our office to assist our busy Administrative Clerk and Project Assistant.

Knowledge and experience within the Construction Field including timekeeping, billing, material purchasing, credit card reconciliations, etc. a big plus.
We are seeking employment experience in verifying accuracy of data, revising any errors and resolving discrepancies. You will be responsible for interfacing with managers and foremen on project billing and purchasing and must have the ability to sort and control data obtained.
Previous experience in issuing and processing purchase orders, invoice cost coding, new vendor set up, etc. helpful.
3-5+ years verifiable office experience preferred. Accounting knowledge is very helpful.
Ideal candidates will have strong data entry skills, a high degree of accuracy, and capable of working at a fast pace.
Reliability is crucial.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially EXCEL preferred.
